
What services do you offer?
We specialize in Champagne Cart and Candy Cart rentals for wedding, birthday parties, corporate events, and special celebrations. We also have a Frozen Drink Machine where we offer a range of frozen drink options such as Frosé, Mocktails, Margaritas, and frozen Kid Slushes. We also offer a wide range of add on services such as champagne flutes (glass and plastic option), Drink Dispenser, Cotton Candy Machine, Donut Stand, and a Champagne Ladder. We add new rental items weekly so please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
How do I book a rental?
You can book directly on our website using our online scheduling system by clicking book now, or contact us and we will send you and invoice and book for you.
Please review our cart options in the “party cart” section and the frozen drink options under “frozen drink” section to confirm which cart rental or frozen drink rental you are interested in.
How long is the rental?
All rentals require a 4-hour minimum rental time block. Each additional hour is $5o dollars. Additional time must be added at the time of booking.
Do you provide staff to operate the cart?
No, we do not provide staff. We will deliver the cart 1-hour prior to your event start time. During our arrival we will set-up the cart or frozen drink machine for your event. Once the cart is set-up we ask that you do not move the cart.
At the end of your event we will work with you to set-up a pick-up time. We prefer to avoid coming in when your party is still going on. Therefore, we would prefer to pick-up 30 minutes after the event end time.
Do you provide the champagne?
No! You are required to provide your own champagne and alcohol for your event. You are also responsible to pull any permits required for your event.
Can the cart be customized?
Yes! You are able to customize the cart with details such as balloon arches, adding flowers, personalized signs, LED lighting. Please contact us for personalized customizations approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do allow cancellations up to 48-hours before your event with a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellations after 48-hours will result in your deposit being non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Paypal.
What locations are included in your service area?
The Metro Detroit, area including Ann Arbor, Belleville, Canton, Romulus, Westland, Livonia, Northville, Plymouth, Novi, Wixon, Brighton, Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Southfield, Commerce, Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Ferndale, Troy, Madison Heights, Royal Oak, Rochester, Sterling Heights, Roseville, and others.
We DO travel outside of our delivery zone for an additional fee.
Does the cotton candy machine rental come with supplies?
Yes, we will provide the supplies for the cotton candy machine (2 flavors as well as up to 50 cones). The cotton candy machine has a 4-hour rental time minimum. Each additional hour is $25. There is also a $15 dollar cleaning fee.
Do you offer packages?
Yes, we do offer bundle deals. For information regarding packages please reach out to us directly by sending us a message using the contact us option on the website.
Can I book an all day cart rental?
Yes! All day rentals are available. For booking please reach out to us directly by going to contact us and sending us a message requesting an all day rental.
What size is your frozen drink machine?
12Lx2 Tank Commercial Slushy Machine.
How long does it take for the frozen drink machine to make frozen drinks?
For non alcoholic drinks its takes 30 - 45 minutes. For drink containing alcohol it takes 45 mins - 1 hour.
Do you provide alcohol for the Frosé rental or Margarita rental?
No we DO NOT provide any alcohol for your event. However, we will provide the drink juice mix.
